Meet the TPF Sheep and Goats Charlotte, Betty, and BooP. Mama Charlotte, was brought to the rescue in 2021 because she prolapsed at her last lambing and happened to be bred again. We agreed to take her due to Jeremi's experience with veterinary prolapse. Interestingly, Charlotte didn’t prolapse with this lambing and had two strong ewe lambs. Charlotte, Betty, and BooP will remain on the farm as sanctuary animals never to be bred again. Archie. This boy came to the rescue in 2021 as a companion for Charlotte (so she wouldn't be the lone sheep on our farm). He came from the same farm as Charlotte and was quite the sickly boy. He is a healthy, lovely guy now that will always live here with his bestie Charlotte. Note: this is a picture of him when we first rescued him. Rebekah and Shiloh came to the farm in 2022. They were found as strays and their owner never came forward. These girls are always together and not very trusting of humans unless food is involved. Boone, Peepers, and Emma came to us as bottle babies in 2024. Their owner surrendered them to a local vet because they couldn't handle the number of lambs born on their farm. We took them in and once weaned, they joined the sheep herd. Pictured here (L to R): Shiloh, Betty, Rebekah, Charlotte, Emma, Peepers, and Boone. Hopper. He and his sister, Nibbles, were born on the farm in January 2019. Their mom was a rescued Nubian. These babies were bottle raised due to their momma unable to feed them. She unfortunately passed away after they were weaned. Hopper is super friendly and loves people. Nibbles while bottle raised isn't as social as her brother. She is selective of her human friends. Kiwi came to us in 2021 from someone that rescued him from a bad situation. He is very friendly and usually seen hanging out with his buddy Knucklehead. Knucklehead came to us with Buttercup, Frank, and Gary. He is a naughty little fella that keeps us on our toes. Reba and Nubbins came to us in 2022 from a local vet clinic when their owner could no longer take care of them. Nubbins has since passed but Reba still lives here. Reba is still quite wild but does love some snacks.
