Puppy mouthing -
When raising puppies, you're going to encounter mouthing. Just like humans babies explore and learn with their mouths, so do puppies. Chewing, biting, and nipping are extremely common and important for their development. When they're with their siblings they roll and bite and tug, once they're in their home they still need that, but also need to understand humans aren't puppies! There are lots of positive ways to make that happen! These links below have tons of great information.

One question we get asked a lot is about adopting two puppies at the same time. Twice the adorable! Twice the fun! Get all the hard work over at once!
Our answer is always no - and here are some resources that explain why. While the term itself is debatable, Littermate Syndrome, or raising two similar aged puppies, whether from the same litter or not, is just not advised. It often leads to bonding issues and depending on each other and forming their own coalition, being fearful, becoming aggressive - there are lots of reasons not to do it. Not to mention raising two puppies at one time is about three times the work. Check out the links for more information!
