All About Piper

Piper is approximately 1.5 years old and is one of the most loving dogs that we have ever met.  Inside the home, she is quite calm and cuddly; but when outside she loves to run and play, so a fenced yard is required.  She leaps just like a deer and is so much fun to watch.  She really loves to chase the ball and pounce on it.  She seems to do very well with children. Piper aims to please and listens well!  She learned “sit” and “shake” within two weeks of being with her foster.  It is best not to use a crate with Piper because in her former life, it was reported that she was stuck in the crate for extended periods of time, and she gets rather panicky now if made to go in a crate.  She seems to be past the puppy chewing stage, so is fine when left alone out of a crate. She has a very soft mouth when taking treats/food.  Piper would love, love, love to find a home with a doggie friend as she thrives when playing with her foster fur-siblings!  Fill out an application to adopt and you can meet Piper.  We promise you will fall in love quickly!
