All About Gin

Meet Gin! She recently weaned her 7 puppies and now it’s her time to shine!

This girl is a diamond in the rough. She started out in life living under a shed in the country where the property owner would shoot at her to try and scare her off. She gave birth to her 7 pups all alone under that shed and protected them until a Good Samaritan came along. Since being rescued she’s learned all about wonderful things like soft beds, loving pets, and what a full belly feels like. Gin is a great example of just how resilient and forgiving dogs are.

Gin absolutely loves people and is a cheerful social butterfly! She’s a loving gentle girl who seeks her foster family’s affection and gives it right back to them ten-fold! She loves the kids in her foster home and enjoys a good snuggle with them. She doesn’t ask for much but would love a home with a doggie sibling to play with and a yard to enjoy and sniff! She loves walks and will happily go on any adventure with you. While she does well with other dogs, she can be more submissive and will need proper introduction to feel confident. She is a little too interested in chasing cats and small farm animals, so she might to better in a home without them. Going slow will be worth it to see this sweet girl blossom!

Gin also has this adorable little smirk that we promise you won’t be able to resist!
